The seller undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information:

- payment and delivery conditions,
- buyer’s rights regarding material defects,

Products on the website are presented with technical data, dimensions, load capacities, and other characteristics. The provided information is based on manufacturer data and may occasionally change due to technical updates or product improvements.
Product images are symbolic. Actual appearance, colour shades, or details may differ due to display variations. The seller reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in EUR. Prices may include or exclude VAT, which is clearly indicated with the product. Delivery costs are shown to the buyer before placing the order.

5. Order
The sales contract between the seller and buyer is concluded when the seller confirms the order. After submitting the order, the buyer receives an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order, which does not constitute confirmation.
The seller may verify, additionally confirm, or reject an order in case of incorrect data.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are:
- payment by pro forma invoice,
- payment by offer,
- other payment methods listed on the website.
The seller may require advance payment if there is a risk of non-payment or unclear order details.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are stated on the product page. In case of raw material delays or custom orders, the delivery time may change, and the buyer will be informed.
Delivery is carried out by contracted delivery services or by agreement. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment and report any damages immediately to the courier and the seller.
8. Consumer and Business Returns
8.1 Consumers
For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Upon withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the product was damaged without their fault.
The consumer is liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
8.2 Businesses
Returns are not possible for companies, legal entities, sole proprietors, or organisations. A business buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract without reason.
Exceptions are possible only if the return was agreed in writing before purchase. In such cases, return conditions are defined individually.
9. Material Defects
A product has a material defect when:
- it lacks characteristics necessary for its normal use,
- it lacks characteristics explicitly agreed between buyer and seller,
- it does not match the sample or model used as a basis for the order,
- it lacks characteristics required for a specific use known to the seller.
The consumer must report a material defect within two months of discovering it. A business buyer must report the defect without undue delay.
The seller must allow the buyer to inspect the product and then respond to the complaint within a reasonable time.
10. Warranty
Products that include a warranty come with a warranty card or have warranty terms listed on the invoice. Warranty claims are made with the manufacturer, authorised service provider, or seller, according to the stated conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not liable for:
- defects resulting from improper installation or use,
- damage caused by negligent handling by the buyer,
- colour or visual differences due to display settings,
- website downtime due to technical issues.
12. Personal Data Protection
The seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy published on the website. Data is used exclusively for order fulfilment, communication with the buyer, and legally required purposes.
13. Copyright
All content on the TopRegali.si website is protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without the seller’s written permission is not allowed.
14. Dispute Resolution
The seller and buyer will strive to resolve disputes amicably. If an agreement is not possible, the competent court is the court in the jurisdiction of APTrade d.o.o.
The consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with applicable legislation.
15. Final Provisions
The terms of service apply from the date of publication. The seller reserves the right to change them without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
